Llantwit Major A.F.C. is a football club based in Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan. The team currently plays in the Cymru South.
Llantwit Major A.F.C. was founded in 1962. In 1971 they joined the South Wales Amateur League.
In the 2011–12 season they were South Wales Amateur League champions, and joined the Welsh Football League Division Three. From 2016 to 2018 the club achieved back to back promotions, reaching Division One. In 2021–22 they won the Cymru South title, but were denied promotion, allowing runners-up Pontypridd Town to enter the Cymru Premier instead.
